If you are recording with your webcam and you are looking at PowerPoint in full screen mode you will not see your face. You can watch it here or click the diagonal arrow at bottom right to view it in Panopto: Here is an example of a Panopto video with recorded PowerPoint slides that includes the speaker's webcam. Viewers can click a slide to instantly jump to that portion of your video and hear your narration. Start from the Insert menu where there are now options. The new feature is better than it’s promoted because you can select pages/slides not just entire documents or decks. The Microsoft Whiteboard app can now import pages from Word documents or selected slides from a PowerPoint deck. When the video is viewed in Panopto, your slides will appear as a timestamped stream beneath the presentation. Whiteboard app now accepts Word pages or PowerPoint slides. If you recorded your webcam as the Primary Source video, the video will include a small panel of you speaking and a larger panel that displays your slides. You may then wish to embed your new video in a Canvas course. The video will upload to the Panopto folder you specified, which you can find at. This will create a video that displays your PowerPoint slides and voiceover. When you're finished, go back to the recorder and click Stop at top left to stop recording. You will be able to see your notes, but only the slides themselves will be recorded. Proceed through the presentation as you typically would, narrating as you go. Leave Panopto open and recording, and return to your PowerPoint presentation.Click the Record button at top left to begin recording.

This will create an additional video stream where the motion is visible. I’m a little devastated because it seems like a really nice and creative app- twas the three star instead of one - but of course I’ll never see the app. So I deleted it and downloaded it again but I was locked in the same screen again. So I tried creating my account but there was no where I could, I was locked in a screen where I could only login- but I had no account to log in too. After a bit I realized it must’ve been because my account didn’t go through or something. When I had gotten back on earlier after finding a poetry book I wanted to read- I was logged out. I got it- logged in and then went off the app. Our website: Follow us on Twitter (Facebook (LinkedIn () and Google+ ()
